  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Italian or French bread loaf
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, cook cubed chicken until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice the top of the bread loaf lengthwise and hollow out some insides gently.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bread until full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
