- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large Italian or French bread loaf
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, cook cubed chicken until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the top of the bread loaf lengthwise and hollow out some insides gently.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bread until full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
