  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the broth in a saucepan over low heat, keeping it warm.

  5. Gradually add warm broth one ladle at a time, stirring frequently until absorbed (18-20 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted; season to taste.
  7. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired and serve immediately.
