- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

- 2 tbsp adobo sauce
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In the Instant Pot on sauté mode, add oil and sear the pork shoulder on all sides (3-4 minutes each side).
- Remove the pork and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Combine orange juice, lime juice, adobo sauce, cumin, oregano, and chicken broth in a bowl; pour over the pork.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Once done, carefully release pressure and shred the pork with two forks in the pot.
