Description

Soft cinnamon sugar blondies are a delightful treat that perfectly blends warm spices and sweet flavors. These chewy, buttery squares are easy to make and promise to be a hit at any gathering. With a rich aroma that fills your kitchen, they’re best served fresh out of the oven—ideal for cozy afternoons or festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until glossy.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly before whisking in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
