  • 1 (14 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse spinach under cold water, chop coarsely, and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted (3-4 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped artichokes, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
