Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse spinach under cold water, chop coarsely, and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted (3-4 minutes).
