  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Sauté chopped spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cooled spinach until well combined.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the puff pastry. Roll tightly into a log shape.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
